Blood Oaths
An Oath is entered into by one or multiple parties.
There are none who seem to know the secrets
of the Oath-Stones and too touch one sends
goosebumps up ones spine. They emit an alien aura.
Both parties must state their oath and seal it by blood:
1. Which Oath they are binding themselves to.
2. What their penalty is if they renege.

If an Oath is broken, then creatures mentioned only in dark
tales of old known as the Ugless, come to claim the Oath-breaker
under cover of night (1d6 nights), whereupon the oath-breaker
is mysteriously taken to hang from the ensorcelled gallowed plank
carried by the Ungless. The Oath-breaker suffers 1d6 damager per
turn as they hang. Should they die blue faced and soiled, cold
even to deaths touch- they return to life in the agonizing throes
of struggle only to have their last breath taken again.
The process repeats itself never-ending.
Bear in mind that Patrons will sometimes make you swear
an Oath that you will perform a desired service. The
upside is that the patron is forced to bind themselves
according to the same Oath (so they won't backstab you either).
